SINGLE FAMILY/SUBDIVISIONS

Compared to last month, the proposed amount of lots has been much lower in September, and mostly confined to the Mimms Trail development.

  • Mimms Trail 9th Addition, Phase B: Preliminary plat approval for a performance residential development [55 lot performance residential subdivision with 52 single family lots and three (3) open space lots].

  • Mimms Trail 10th Addition: Preliminary and Final plat approval for a performance residential development (56 lot performance residential subdivision with 55 single family lots and one open space lot).

  • North Donahue/Shug Jordan Residential: Recommendation to City Council for conditional use approval for a performance residential development (21 townhomes).

MULTI-FAMILY

Multi-Family proposals have still been slow, with only one this month as well as last month.

  • 121 Mitcham: Recommendation to City Council for conditional use approval for a performance residential development (multiple unit development).

BUSINESSES/COMMERCIAL

  • TD: Recommendation to City Council for conditional use approval for a commercial and entertainment uses (lounge and event center).

  • EcoLogical Insulation: Recommendation to City Council for conditional use approval for a commercial support use (warehouse).

  • ETI Office Building: Recommendation to City Council for conditional use approval for a commercial support use (warehouse).

  • Samford Village PDD Conditional Use: Recommendation to City Council for conditional use approval for an institutional use (assisted living facility); waivers to landscape buffer width reqs.

OTHER

  • Major Street Plan Update: Recommendation to City Council for approval of amendments to the City of Auburn Major Street Plan.

  • Sand Hill Acres Annexation: Recommendation to the city council for rezoning approximately 23.5 acres.

  • Cox Road Rezoning: Recommendation to the city council for rezoning approximately 3.18 acres to comprehensive Development District (CDD).
