SINGLE FAMILY/SUBDIVISIONS

August has seen a surge in subdivision developments, with a proposed total of 245 lots between four separate developments.

  • Talmage Subdivision: Preliminary plat approval for a conventional subdivision (7 lot single family residential subdivision).

  • Cotswolds Subdivision, Phase 3: Preliminary plat approval for a 89 lot performance residential subdivision (84 single family lots, four open space lots and one lot for future development).

  • Camden West—North Phase: Preliminary plat approval for a 93 lot performance residential subdivision (90 single family detached lots and three open space lots).

  • The Preserve, Phase 4A, Section 2: Preliminary plat approval for a 56 lot performance residential subdivision (53 single family detached lots, three open space lots).

MULTI-FAMILY

Only one multi-family development was proposed this month, a duplex on North Ross.

  • North Ross Duplexes: Recommendation to City Council for conditional use approval for a performance residential development (multi-family development).

OTHER

  • Mall Boulevard Leasing Building: Recommendation to City Council for conditional use approval for a commercial support use (warehouse).
