With many recommendations being tabled until the next meeting this month, only two single family developments remained. The amount of lots added is 29. 

  • Kouless-Young Subdivision, Redivision of Lot 1: Preliminary plat approval for a performance residential development [22 townhouse lots, one (1) open space lot, and one (1) lot for future development]. 

  • West Tech Park Annex Subdivision: Preliminary plat approval for a conventional subdivision [seven (7) lot subdivision].



For the first time in the past few months, a business has put in a request to the city council. It's a storage unit, which in a city that has dire need of storage at least once a year as students move in and out of the copious apartments available, will probably do well. 

  • East Glenn Storage at Bent Creek: Recommendation to City Council for conditional use approval for a commercial support use (mini-warehouse/climate controlled storage).
