SINGLE FAMILY/SUBDIVISIONS
Several more single family developments were proposed this month. Two of them are additions to already existing subdivisions, and one is entirely new. The total lots added are 65.
Donahue Ridge, Phase 6: Recommendation to City Council for “pre-zoning” of approximately 5.68 acres to Development District Housing (DDH). And a preliminary plat approval for a conventional subdivision (29 lot single family residential subdivision).
The Preserve Subdivision, Phase 5B: Preliminary plat approval for a conventional subdivision (27 single-family lots with 2 lots for future development).
Spring Creek Farms: Preliminary and Final plat approval for a conventional subdivision (9 lot single family residential subdivision).
MULTI-FAMILY
Over the past few months, multi-family developments have slowed down considerably. Only two were submitted this month.
Cyprus Cove: Recommendation to City Council for conditional use approval for a performance residential development (multiple unit development).
West Veterans Apartments: Recommendation to City Council for conditional use approval for a performance residential use (multi family development).
BUSINESSES
West Magnolia Drive Thru: Recommendation to City Council for conditional use approval for a road service use (restaurant with drive-thru).
OTHER
Miracle Road Right of Way: Preliminary and Final plat approval for purposes of dedicating right-of-way (ROW) for the realignment of Miracle RD at its intersection with North Donahue DR.
Samford Commercial Subdivision, Plat 5: Preliminary and Final plat approval for a four lot subdivision (3 commercial lots and 1 for Multi-Family).
Grove Hill Office: Recommendation to City Council for conditional use approval for an office use.
