  • Northwest Auburn Neighborhood Plan Zoning:

  • Recommendation for approval of amendments to several zoning articles in order to create the Corridor Redevelopment-West (CRD-W) zoning district and the Neighborhood Redevelopment District (NRD) zoning district.

  • Northwest Auburn Neighborhood Plan Map

  • Recommendation for adoption of map amendments to the City of Auburn zoning map in order to rezone areas in the NW Auburn Neighborhood planning area and create the Corridor Redevelopment-West (CRD-W) zoning district and the Neighborhood Redevelopment District (NRD).

  • Zhang Rezoning

  • Recommendation for rezoning 8.92 acres from Rural to Development District Housing (DDH).
