    • Amend the PDD designation in order to add 1.98 acres to it.

    • Conditional use approval for an office use in a PDD with an underlying LDD.

 

  • Miracle Road Annexation and Pre-Zoning

    • Annexation of 131.99 acres, and to pre-zone it to DDH.

 

  • Tivoli PDD Amendment

    • Amend ordinance to modify Phase Three, and create 242 single family residential units, 7 cluster home residential units, a pool amenity area, and a church.
