A summary of what's up and coming:

 

  • Miracle Road Annexation and Pre-zoning

    • Annexation of approximately 131.99 acres, and to zone it as Development District Housing (DDH)

 

  • Northern Village Rezoning and PDD

    • Rezoning of 11.1 acres to Redevelopment District (RDD), and applying a PDD designation to these acres.

 

  • Longleaf Crossing, Phase 5

    • Preliminary plat approval for performance residential subdivision (23 lot duplex)

 

  • Mim's Trail, 10th Addition

    • preliminary plat approval for performance residential subdivision (59 singe family detached).

 

  • Woodward Oaks

    • Preliminary plat approval for performance residential subdivision (53 lot single family detached).

 

  • Yarbrough Farms

    • Preliminary plat approval for 60 lot single family detached.

 

  • North College Bed and Breakfast

    • Conditional use approval for special residential use (bed and breakfast).

 

  • East Glenn service station

    • Conditional use approval for road service use ( gas station with convenience store, car wash, fast food).

 

  • City of Auburn Public Safety Building Statutory Review

    • Statutory review of proposed public building.
