Planning Commission Agenda 2017


Things are happening in Auburn. It's hard not to notice, with apartments sprouting up seemingly overnight, and construction cones breeding from one blocked-off street to the next. And while next week I'm going to release an article about the top ten buildings/businesses coming to the plains, this post is all about summarizing what's being discussed in Auburn's Planning Commission meetings. It gives a good gist of what people are trying to make happen in this city.

  • Yarbrough Farms PDD Amendment

  • They want to remove 31 single family residential lots and add 28-unit multiple unit development and 19 residential townhouses.

  • Kinnucan annexation

  • They want the city to annex 16.2 acres.

  • They want the city to annex about 231.5 acres.
