Greg Eidson, MAI, CCIM



Greg has thirty years of experience in the valuation industry.  He has been responsible for the management, review, and coordination of investment real estate valuations and corporate valuation/allocation.  He has project managed multi-location market studies and valuation assignments throughout the United States, as well as coordinated and reviewed assignments in Mexico, Turkey, Canada, Singapore, and the Caribbean.  Particular appraisal experience includes extended-stay properties, limited service and full service properties, office buildings, industrial properties, special purpose properties, multi-family and self-storage facilities.  Client contacts range from individual investors and developers, regional investors, national and regional lenders, pension fund advisors, and Fortune 500 chief financial officers.  Greg has exemplified and been rewarded for outstanding client service.
